Shahrukh’s latest film is Bollywood’s biggest global release so far
The UK has had big Bollywood productions release on the same day as they do in India for a long time now - this is due to its large Indian diaspora. But Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (which I’ve already written about) will release in eight other European countries on the same day - none of which have significant Indian minorities AFAIK. This is a first for Bollywood :)
As for me, I can only grumble that Poland isn’t among them yet *sigh*
